Yarn matters

This fabulous wool
was a gift ! i think it's
going to make a marvellous
pair of socks.





this tube will turn into
a wool sock
some time in the near future.
This yarn, too, was a
wonderful surprise gift.
It's fabulous and cuddly -
a little thicker than "regular"
sock wool. It knits up faster than
regular sock wools, by far.

and i love that.




Now, the Knitting Companion
and i are going to go back
outside and shovel more
snow. We received over 20 cm
of fresh snow yesterday.
