The weather has been
mild this week, cooler than usual for mid-June.
Lucky me.

Thanks to that fluke,
i was able to wear these cute shoes for an outing.
Usually by the month of June you have
to park this sort of footwear away in the closet.

Sketchbook project

i learned about The sketchbook Project.

Several artists i know are already signed up to
participate.

This is going to be fun.
Now, i wait for my sketchbook to arrive in the mail.
In 2011, the sketchbooks go on tour.

making me crazy

For no good reason at all,
the heat keeps coming on in my house.
it's not cold out.
It's not cold inside either, for that matter.

Every 5 minutes or so, the heat comes on.
I turn it off. It comes back on.

I think my thermostat is having a crisis.

Here in Montreal, the forecast for this week
is "unseasonably cool".
The Excellent part of that news
is footwear. When you're not
in full, hot summer-mode, you have
many more choices for clothing and footware ...
because you're not fixated on what you can
wear without become a melting hot, puddle.
