projects underway

like so many other people,
Aunt Purl Included,
i'm doing some project-knitting.
Here at the House of
Standard Poodle,
"projects" is a code name
for items that will become gifts.
Because of this,
i have no photos to share with you.
I'm sure you'll understand.

it's becoming
autumn-like.
the evenings are getting dark
so much earlier.

the skies are so beautiful.
I saw rainbows twice this week.

And: some good news. i'm paying
bills. that means i'm not so sick that
i'm sleeping-round-the-clock. Yipee.

quiet days

i haven't gone away...
the Knitting Companion
and i have been very quiet.
I've been under the weather.

hopefully,
things will be back on track any day now.
thank goodness for pharmaceuticals.
