hello October

In Canada,
October is when we celebrate Thanksgiving.
It's the month that Autumn is in full swing.
Leaves are turning colours and falling off our trees
and hedges. Gardens droop and die. We start to wear our
heavier knits and gloves and ...

And sometimes, we get the first snow in October.

October is a big deal.

I love this song

Birthday, birthday, birthday.
My friend VE is celebrating her
birthday today.

also a very special
young lady and lad celebrate

their big days today.
Neither of the young'uns

will appreciate the following video,
however i'm quite certain it will

make them get up and Dance.

Nancy Sinatra brings this Sassy song
to get us all dancing around.
And of course, this also brings us to footwear.
We All Need to think about Shoes and Boots.

but of course.

I love, love love this song.

if you couldn't get the video to run,

Poodle poses

my Happy guy:

some recent
Poodle poses in Montreal .
and then supper time. . .

updates and such ... ...

Some modern-day
chores have hopefully
been cleared up.

More space cleared up on the computer.
Hooray. and a new cellphone.
Apologies to all and sundry for
everyone who has had to endure
my complaints over the past year of my
cellphone. Hopefully my new gizmo
will provide clear sailing.
So to speak...
